Right of Withdrawal / Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with all tags attached and in its unopened original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

To start a return, please first contact us at oceanglowsco@gmail.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Please include some photos and a short video of the item and the original packaging so we can assess the condition of the goods.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address along with any further instructions. The cost and organization of the return are your responsibility. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping, as we cannot accept liability for shipments lost or damaged on the way back. Items returned to us without a previously requested and confirmed return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the problem. In such cases, we will of course cover the costs.

Exceptions / items not eligible for return
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used or whose sealed original packaging has been opened cannot be returned, unless they arrived defective. Also excluded are items damaged through misuse, as well as sale or discounted items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
If the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase. You are responsible for the direct cost of the return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method after the returned goods have been received and checked. Please note that inspection, as well as processing by your bank or credit card company, may take a few business days.
